All staff have to ensure that you update your HRMIS account the moment you get your HRMIS account activated.

SKT & LNPT
SKT need to be filled twice a year. Once beginning of the year and the other at the end.
The beginning of the year, you must fill in your 'sasaran kerja'. That is what you expected to achieve for the coming year. For example, you plan to clerk 100 patients in a year, your sasasaran will be '100 patients'/year
At the end of the year, you then fill up your 'pencapaian'. After one year, if you manage to clerk 200 patients, then your 'pencapaian' will be 200%
LNPT is the place where your PPP (pegawai penilai pertama) will give you marks at the end of the year. For Housemen, your PPP is the Timbalan Pengarah Perubatan (ie me) and your PPK (pegawai penilai kedua) will be Pengarah.
In each posting you are required to fill in manually the LNPT form (green colour form) given to you during the start of every posting. See picture below for examples of LNPT forms that are filled up nicely.
I have created a generic SKT for all of you and you can download it here. Please follow this strictly. Don't change or edit your 'sasaran' unless you are sure you can do more than what is required, for example, you think you can clerk 1000 patients per year, then you can put in. If you don't achieve your sasaran kerja, your LNPT marks will be poor.
